The Friendship Fix (Single Issue Session)

One issue. One session. One clear way forward.

Not everyone needs a multi-month programme to help them move forward with confidence in their friendships. Sometimes you've got one thing on your mind - one relationship, one situation, one pattern - that's weighing you down, and what you actually need is some focused time with a trusted expert in a safe, supportive space to work out what to do about it.

That's what Friendship Fix sessions are for. 

What it is

A focused 1-1 session of up to 90 minutes with Hannah, built entirely around the one issue you bring. No lengthy onboarding - just direct, practical coaching aimed at getting you unstuck on the specific issue that's most on your mind at the moment.

Before we meet, you'll fill in a short form so I understand the shape of the issue in advance. That means we spend the full 90 minutes working on it, not explaining it.

Who it's for

You're not looking to overhaul your whole approach to friendship - you've got one specific thing you want help with. Perhaps it's:

• A conflict or falling-out you want to handle well
• A friendship that's changed and you don't really understand why, or how to respond
• A boundary you need to set but haven't found the words for
• A decision - do I let this friendship go, or fight for it?
• An awkward moment that happened, and you just can't shake it off.

If it's a single, defined issue you want to talk about, this is built for you.

What you'll leave with

• A clear-eyed read on what's actually going on (not just what it feels like)
• A series of concrete next steps / options for how to move forward
• A short written summary after the session to capture what was said
• A fifteen minute check in a few weeks after our session, just to see how things are going. 

Investment

£150, inclusive of VAT. Credited in full against any of my other coaching packages if you decide you'd like to look at ongoing support. 

My commitment to you

If it becomes clear when we speak that this is a bigger issue than we're going to be able to make meaning progress on in one session, then I'll let you know honestly, and give you the option either to have your money back, or to credit the money you've paid against one of my longer term coaching packages.

Why can't I just book a Discovery Call and get some advice on my issue for free?

Discovery calls are mini-coaching sessions for people interested in my multi-month coaching packages. I offer them at no cost because the investment you're thinking about making represents a significant investment, and you deserve to have a sense of what you're buying. Also because the information that gets shared during a Discovery call is used to make the paid programme more targeted and bespoke. I don't offer Discovery calls for single issue requests, because the possibility for a longer term coaching relationship isn't on the table (at that point, anyway, though a surprising number of people who come to talk to me about a single issue end up doing a longer term coaching programme with me, which is why I credit the full cost of the call back if you do decide that's something you're interested in!)
