To ensure your comfort and safety while using this platform, we will make every effort to moderate comments and posts made on the Dare To Belong platform in line with clear community standards. Please remember however that you remain at all times entirely responsible for your own safety, both online (on this platform and elsewhere) and in the real world, and that neither Hannah Carmichael nor Dare To Belong Ltd can take any responsibility for anything that should happen to you that is detrimental to your health, finances, wellbeing and / or happiness if you should choose to engage with someone either on or offline.  

Your Rights and Responsibilities

You have the right to request a full refund on any product purchased, within the window advertised at the point of purchase within the statutory window for refunds within your home country. 

You have a responsibility to uphold the publicised values of the Dare To Belong community (kindness, inclusion, courage, focus on growth) while taking part in conversations on any of our platforms, or in any forum where you are acting as an ambassador of Hannah Carmichael's brand (acting on behalf of Dare To Belong Ltd). 

You may not download and share information obtained via this platform, or via sessions run by Hannah or Dare To Belong Ltd, or obtained in any other way, without express permission (see trademarks and copyright section below). 

You remain entirely responsible for your own wellbeing and personal safety, and undertake to ensure all usual precautions when contacting, responding to, or meeting people who you have connected to via the Friendshift platform. 

You are responsible at all times for upholding our community standards, and for acting in a manner that is respectful, inclusive and non-threatening. We will not hesitate to remove anyone from our platforms who breaches these guidelines.

I work hard to provide upto date information and advice rooted in the latest research and evidence, and to keep this updated, however there may be times where new evidence emerges which contradicts information included on my website and in my courses, making it outdated. While every piece of information and all resources are intended to help and guide you to the best of my efforts, I therefore cannot guarantee that all information on this site or in my courses represents the latest or more accurate evidence or research.
